I ordered a few motorcycle parts from webike.net and I was kind of unsure about the whole customs fee thing at first.

Before I checked out, the site showed the duty and tax info clearly, or at least clear enough that I had a good idea what I was getting into. There wasn’t any random surprise later, and the total was basically what I expected.
Shipping was decent too, no real issues there. I really like when a shop is upfront about that kind of stuff, because ordering from overseas can feel a little stressful otherwise

I ended up canceling my order, they handled it fast. Like, I was kind of expecting it to be a whole thing, but it really wasn’t much hassle at all. They got it sorted out smoothly, so yeah, no complaints there.

I was mostly just waiting on a few parts and checking the tracking here and there, and after a couple days of it not really moving, I started wondering if something was up. I don’t usually message customer service unless I have to, but I sent Webike a quick note just to ask what was going on. They got back to me sooner than I thought they would, looked into it, and explained the situation in a straightforward way. Nothing confusing or overly scripted. The package ended up arriving fine shortly after, so overall I was happy with how they handled it. I’d order from Webike again

Ordered a few parts from webike to my country and everything showed up fine. The packaging was solid and nothing was damaged, which was nice. Tracking worked for the most part, though the delivery did take a few days longer than I thought it would. Not a huge deal, just had to be a bit patient. Overall, I’m happy with the order and I’d use them again

The box was definitely strong, and all the parts arrived in perfect condition, so I have to give credit for that. Nothing was damaged or missing, which was a relief. That said, the overall presentation was plain, and there wasn’t much else to make the unboxing feel special. Still, it did the main job well...

Then I checked Webike, and somehow they actually had the parts listed and available. it felt like a miracle. Ordering was straightforward, and I really liked being able to get stuff that’s usually impossible to find locally. webike did get back to me, so it wasn’t like I was totally ignored or anything. It just took a bit longer than I expected, and the replies were short. I kept checking back thinking maybe there’d be more detail, but yeah, not really. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just one of those things where clearer communication would’ve made it feel a lot smoother.

I did get my refund fast and there wasn’t much hassle with the process, so I’ll give them that. But the way they handled it made me feel kind of dismissed, like they just wanted to move on instead of actually listening to what happened.

Just a quick warning for anyone buying this: it didn’t fit perfectly right out of the box. I had to make a small adjustment to get it to sit properly. Not a huge deal, but don’t expect it to be a perfect fit without a little tweaking.

I kind of regret not checking more closely before going with this. The translation is understandable, but some parts sound a little awkward and unnatural, like they were translated too literally. It gets the point across, but I wish it read more smoothly
